Winslow Design Studio Staff Our Design Team: Joyce Silva started her career in the home decorating business in 1982, and in 1990 bacame a kitchen and bath specialist. She has worked in many related areas of the design business, including cabinet manufacturing and retail home centers. Joyce has the experience and knowledge to create living spaces that combine the aesthetics of good taste with the personal preferences and needs of each client. Joyce's work was recently featured in "Home Reomdeling Cape Cod & The Islands Magazine." Email: joycesilva@efwinslow.com Chas Hinckley is an experienced kitchen and bath designer with over 35 years in the industry; he is the third generation of his family in the trade. He ran his own custom architectural millwork and cabinet shop, specializing in fine cabinetry and woodworking. His firm designed, built and installed high-end projects ranging from ultra modern kitchens to restoration millwork for homes listed on the National Historic Registry. He has long experience coordinating projects of widely varied size and scope. Chas works from a model of collaborative design, bringing all involved parties together for the fluid completion of this most important process. Mutual respect for everyone involved is the hallmark of his projects, fostering a team effort approach to create a seamless experience for the client. He began his career as a cabinetmaker in Dennis and quickly rose to become the manager of that custom cabinet shop for over 10 years. Michael has been involved with thousands of projects, seeing the process through from initial design to final installation. Most recently Michael worked for an industry leading kitchen and bath design software company, located right here on the Cape. In this position, he gained extensive insight into the world of kitchen and bath design by working with cabinetmakers and designers from all over the world. Michael ensures that the homeowner’s dreams become a reality by combining his expert knowledge with reliable communication, and hands on coordination of every project he completes. He has been a certified solid surface fabricator for more than 15 years. Charlie is a perfectionist who has a clear understanding of what the designer and customer have planned. Dave Anderson began working in the construction industry in 1976. He is a general and finish carpenter, and licensed construction supervisor, as well as a resident mason. Dave's work is always of the highest quality, and he has a meticulous eye for detail.
